Chest exercises that develops the inner part of the chest?
I am looking for specific exercises or techniques that develops the inner (inner being the line running down the body not across) and upper inner part of the chest. What ever I do I can not seem to build muscle or get defined in those areas. right now I work out 3 times a week (on chest) and varying my bench incline every work out and varying the grip from close in to wide doing 8-12 reps for at least 9 sets.
Try doing some serious fly moves. Mix up fly's with dumbbells and cable towers. Also "close- grip bench press" uses your center chest. You work your chest 3 days a week?? Consider resting your chest a little more... dont over do it. 2 HARD days a week is ok. Build a solid chest all around and the center will come last. good luck!
